| On all parts of the main website (but not the forums), there is a "Help" section.
To access the Help section:
1. Login to your account on ChaoticGame.com.
2. Click on the "Help" icon, which is located to the right of your avatar picture at the top of the screen and looks like a question mark.
3. The "Chaotic Help" page will launch in a new window.
Once there, you can go to Trouble Shooter, Knowledge Base, or Submit a Ticket. Submit a Ticket is where you will submit a Helpdesk ticket, Trouble Shooter is a general search area with some info, and the Knowledge Base will be constantly updated as problems arise and solutions are found.
You should check the Knowledge Base first, to see if you can find the answer in there.
To access the Knowledge Base:
1. Login to your account on ChaoticGame.com.
2. Click on the "Help" icon, which is located to the right of your avatar picture at the top of the screen and looks like a question mark.
3. The "Chaotic Help" page will launch in a new window.
4. Click on "Need Support".
5. The "Chaotic Support" page will launch in a new tabbed window.
6. Click on "Knowledge Base".
Also check the FAQ’s, found in the "Learn" section.
To access the FAQ:
1. Login to your account on ChaoticGame.com.
2. Click on the "Learn" icon, which is located to the left of your avatar picture at the top of the screen and looks like a head with a brain outlined inside.
3. This will open the "Learn" section containing the FAQ.
If you don't find your answer in either of those locations, then feel free to submit a Helpdesk ticket.
To submit a Helpdesk ticket:
1. Login to your account on ChaoticGame.com.
2. Click on the "Help" icon, which is located to the right of your avatar picture at the top of the screen and looks like a question mark.
3. The "Chaotic Help" page will launch in a new window.
4. Click on "Need Support".
5. The "Chaotic Support" page will launch in a new tabbed window.
6. Click on "Submit a Ticket".
When submitting a Helpdesk ticket, you just have to enter the basic info and describe the bug or issue you are experiencing, then our Customer Support team will get back to you, either with a solution or a request for more information.
One major thing you should know is that the more info you give, the easier it will be for us to solve your problems quickly. There’s never such a thing as too much info!
