Q: How do I register on ChaoticGame.com?
A: To register, click on the green 'Register Now!' button located on the ChaoticGame.com home page. Once in registration, be sure to complete every step. Make sure you use valid email addresses where required.

Q: How do I get help?
A: There are multiple ways to receive help. First, be sure to check our Support Center forums. From there you can ask for help in Helpdesk and report on any bugs you find in Bug Report. Be sure to read the Known Helpdesk Issues & Solutions thread, which is constantly updated with new information. If you don’t find your answers in the forums, you can submit a Helpdesk ticket. Detailed instructions on how to submit a ticket can be found here.

Q: How do I activate my account?
A: After you’ve completed the registration process, an email will be sent to your email address from Chaotic Game. Included in the email is the Activation link. Click on the link to Activate your account. It is important that you enter a valid email address when registering so you can receive this email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email. If you don’t receive the email, you can send us a Helpdesk ticket so we can re-send the link.

Q: How do I approve my child’s account?
A: Once your child has completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the parents’ email address from Chaotic Game. Included in the email is a link you can click on to approve your child’s account. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email. If you still do not receive the form, submit a Helpdesk ticket and we can send you the Parental Approval Form. Once you receive the form, fill it out completely. Please fax the form to the included number. Once we receive the completed form, we can activate your child’s account.

Q: What if my child and I share the same email address?
A: The reason we require separate email addresses for the parent and the child is to ensure that the parents are aware their child is registering for ChaoticGame.com. If you and your child share the same email address, you can fill out our Parental Approval form. Please fax the completed form to the included number. Once we receive the completed form, we can fully activate your child’s account.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with logging in?
A: There are 4 different reasons you may experience a problem logging in:
1) You’ve entered an Invalid name or password. To retrieve your Username or Password, click on the 'Retrieve Password' button. Enter the requested information to have your Username or Password sent to you.
2) You have not yet activated your account. Please be sure to click the Activation link in the email we send you after registration. If you do not receive the email, you can send us a Helpdesk ticket so we can re-send the link.
3) Your parents/guardian have not approved your account. Please be sure your parent clicks on the Approval link in the email we send them. If they do not receive the email, they can fill out our Parental Approval form.
4) If the above reasons do not apply to your login issue, you may have been banned from the website for incorrectly entering card codes too often. If you’ve been banned, please submit a Helpdesk ticket about the issue.

Q: What happens if I am banned for incorrectly entering Chaotic codes?
A: If you enter codes incorrectly too many times, you will be banned from the site. This is to protect our users from people who might try to enter random codes for cards they do not own. If you are banned for incorrectly entering a code on a card that you own, send us a Helpdesk ticket and we will un-ban your account.

Q: How do I change my password or email address?
A: To change your password:
1) After logging into the site, click on the Avatar, located at the top of the screen. This will take you to the profile page.
2) Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
3) Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
4) Click the Apply button.  The message "Successfully Saved Changes, please check your email!" will appear.  Click the OK button here.
5) An email will now be sent to the email address tied to your account.
6) Open the email and click on the confirmation link.  Your password will now be changed.

To change your email address:
1) After logging into the site, click on the Avatar, located at the top of the screen. This will take you to the profile page.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements to play Chaotic online?
A: For a full list of our system requirements, please read the Minimum System Requirements thread in our forums. If you do not meet these requirements, you will receive the Direct 3D error. Please be sure to meet the requirements when playing the game.

Q: How do I uninstall the game?
A: To uninstall the Chaotic Pad:
1) On your computer, open the Control Panel.
2) Choose ‘Add/Remove Programs’.
3) Choose ‘Chaotic’ and click on the ‘Remove’ button.
4) Once the game is finished uninstalling, go to the ‘My Computer’ folder.
5) Go in the C Drive.
6) Open the ‘Program Files’ folder.
7) Delete the ‘TC Digital folder.
